About me

Hi, I'm Jules, a french student.
I'm from Caen, Normandy in France and I'm currently studying at Grenoble INP in a scientific preparatory class for engeneering schools. I enjoy solving problems, and I'm always looking for new challenges.

My goal is to become a software engineer by attending to an engeneering school.

Science

I'm currently studying mathematics, physics, chemestry and computer science at high level in order to join an engeneering school.

Computer Science is a passion of mine. I'm learning it since my young age with personal projects, while studying at school.

2023 — Present
I'm currently studying science at the preparatory class of Grenoble INP, called La Prepa des INP. My goal is to access to a prestigious engineering school in France.
Sainte-Marie Highschool — Baccalauréat with honors and European mention in English
2020 — 2023
I studied at Sainte-Marie highschool in Caen, Normandy, France. I was graduated of the Baccalauréat with honors in 2023. I obtained the european mention in English and was also specialzed in mathematics and computer science.

Mairie de Caen — Neighborhood Councilor
2023 — Present
I'm currently a member of the neighborhood council of La Pierre-Heuzé which is a district of Caen, Normandy, France.
L'Avenue 21 — Waiter
2023
While studying, I had the opportunity to work in a famous restaurant of Caen called L'avenue 21 during 2 month in summer 2023. I was able to learn a lot about the way of working in a restaurant and how to adapt to a new environment.
MASTER2I — Intern
2021
During one week, I had the opportunity to make my highschool internship in Master2I which is a french company specialized in the development of software and in problems solving for particulars. I was able to discover the world of programming and develop my skills in Python, Linux and Git.

Certification and Price

Scientific Price awarded by the Académie des Sciences — Institut de France in Paris
2023
During my last year in Highschool, I had the opportunity to create a scientific project with two others students. The main idea was to create a software that can help all students to understand more easily bacterium growth using informatical models. We won the scientific price of general highschool, awarded by the Académie des Sciences.

During 3 years, I had the opportunity to improve my English level by following a european section in English that allowed me to be ready to pass Cambridge Certificate.
